Things moved a little quicker for us than most stories do. We had our first “aww” moment early, our attraction early, and even our big fights early. But what makes us beautiful isn’t that everything was perfect — it’s that we didn’t give up. We chose to work through it. We chose each other.

There’s so much I appreciate about you. The way you think. The way you carry yourself. The way you smile. Honestly, I could just sit there and look at you for an entire day and not get bored. You’re gifted — mature, smart, and you see things from perspectives I never would. You’re an incredible debater… and yes, sometimes I have to work hard to keep up with your arguments — but that’s something I admire about you. You challenge me in the best way.

I know there’s still so much for us to learn about each other, so much room to grow and understand one another better. But the more I get to know you, the more I like you. And that feels pretty special. So here’s to us — to growth, to choosing each other, and to everything we’re still becoming.
